ERO have been in the centre for their pre-visit. They have had to reschedule their review until later in the year, but they were very impressed with what they saw of the centre. We will probably only receive a week?s notice of their visit, and will let you know as soon as we receive word of the timing. Healthy Heart Award
Yes we finally have it!! Shelley has been working with the Heart Foundation developing our menu plan for many, many months, to ensure that it meets their high standards. This involved balancing each day?s menu to ensure the correct servings of proteins, carbohydrates, dairy products etc. It was quite the balancing act, and our huge thanks go to Shelley for all her hard work on this. It is with great pleasure that we can finally say we have received the Healthy Heart Award. |

Never underestimate the benefits of reading to your child. The Book Worm is included with your newsletter. You can order books directly over the internet (there are lots more titles available if you check out their website), by telephone, or by completing the order form and returning it to us by 11th June. Whichever way you choose to make your purchases, First Class will benefit with a credit to purchase books for the centre ? and your child will also receive a free gift. Sickness & Fees
Just a reminder that our policy states that when your child is absent due to illness, you are still charged a full fee. Discounts only apply to absences where 2 weeks notice has been given, and public holidays. Our policy also states that fees need to be paid weekly in advance ? this means your account should be up to date at all times. Thanks to all the parents that are making the effort to do this. If your invoice shows a balance owing, please pay this within 7 days and make arrangements to pay your account weekly. This can be done through automatic payment, internet banking, EFTPOS, cash or cheque. Upcoming Events
