News Room![]() 10/10/07 - October 2007 Manager's NewsletterDear Parents and FriendsWelcome to Term 4 2007With daylight saving starting a week early this yearSummer feels like it is just around the cornerThe HakkaWe recently had an amazing visit from a group of young men from College. They showed us how they perform the Haka and encouraged us to join in. They were very impressive and we appreciated the time they took out of there lunchtime to support our learning. Our journey with the Haka began with the Rugby World Cup. We have been forming our own teams and following the process involved with the beginning of a game. This has of course led to the Haka and National Anthem. Both of which we perform enthusiastically before a game.
